In addition, the Ministry of industry and information technology of China issued QB / T 4379-2019 portable paper bag, which was implemented on April 1, 2020 instead of
QB / T 4379-2012 portable paper bag revised the relevant contents of the original standard and put forward unified new standard requirements for portable paper bag products on the market. These requirements are mainly to adjust the scope of application and product classification of the standard;The performance requirements of the product are added, such as printing requirements and test methods such as overprint accuracy, static load performance requirements and test methods;At the same time, the relevant requirements of portable paper bags for food packaging are deleted.The release and implementation of the standard is to re standardize the production of portable paper bag products, improve product quality and solve product disputes in the market.The main contents of the standard are explained below.[2]
1. Range
The scope part specifies the contents of the standard: Specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of portable paper bags.Scope of application of the standard: applicable to all kinds of portable paper bags processed from paper or paper-based composites.
The new standard adjusts the scope of application and does not specify the types of paper allowed to be used.
2. Normative references
This part mainly lists the relevant standards referenced in this standard, including relevant product standards and method standards.All referenced standards are undated, and their latest versions (including all amendments) are applicable to this standard.Compared with the old standard, it mainly deleted the relevant standards for food packaging.
3. classification
This part is divided into light bags according to the load-bearing of portable paper bags
(load bearing < 4.0 kg), medium bag (load bearing 4.0 kg ~ 8.0 kg)
Heavy bags (bearing > 8.0 kg) and handbags are bonded in different ways, which can be divided into paper rope adhesive, threading and knotting and punching hand-held holes.Compared with the old standard, the paper-based materials and film covering materials used in paper bags are not specified, and food packaging and non food packaging are no longer distinguished.
4. requirement
This part is the product requirements, including the physical index requirements of product size, appearance quality, physical properties, drop performance and sealing adhesion strength.The main contents are as follows:
4.1 Size: the shape and size of the portable paper bag shall be determined by the supplier and the buyer through negotiation, and the deviation of length, width and height shall not exceed
±3 mm。Compared with the old standard, the deviation of length, width and height is modified into absolute deviation, and the new standard is more stringent.
4.2 Appearance quality:
4.2.1 The appearance of the portable paper bag shall be well formed without obvious cracks, folds, skews, rounded corners, stains, odor, etc;The cut shall be neat, and the bag opening and folding part shall be flush.
4.2.2 The adhesive part of the portable paper bag shall be firm without degumming and glue overflow.
4.2.3 The printed patterns and characters of the portable paper bag shall be clear and complete without broken words, and the ink layer shall be uniform without obvious ink stacking, flower, watermark, ink bar, bar and ghosting, and there shall be no obvious plate pasting, screen blocking and ink explosion.The overprint accuracy of the main printing part of the portable paper bag (the part reflecting the theme of the pattern, text, mark and bar code on the printing surface) shall not be greater than 0.2 mm, and the secondary printing part

The new version of the standard increases the printing requirements for overprint accuracy, and makes corresponding technical requirements for notch and bonding parts.
4.3 Physical properties, including static load performance, dynamic load performance, drop performance and sealing adhesion strength.
4.3.1 Static load performance: after the static load test, the bag body and strap of the three samples shall not be damaged.
4.3.2 Dynamic load-bearing performance: after dynamic lifting test, the bag body and lifting belt of three samples shall not be damaged.Among them,

5. test method
Before the test, the state of the product shall be adjusted and pretreated for 24h under the atmospheric conditions of relative humidity of 10% ~ 35% and temperature not higher than 40 ℃;Then hang the cut sample in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory with a temperature of (23 ± 1) ℃ and a relative humidity of (50 ± 2)% for temperature and humidity treatment until the weighing difference between the two sides before and after an interval of 1 h is not greater than 0.25% of the total mass;For ordinary paper, it is generally treated with temperature and humidity for 4 h, for paper and paperboard with high quantity, it is required to be 5 ~ 8 h, and for paperboard with high quantity and specially treated materials, it is required to be at least 48 h.At the same time, the sealing adhesion strength is improved

Dimensional deviation is the detection of length deviation, width deviation and height deviation. It is measured with a steel ruler with a division value of 1 mm. During the measurement of length, width and height, different surfaces of the sample shall be measured twice, and the maximum deviation value shall be taken as the measurement result of the sample.
Three parallel samples shall be measured for each sample. The measurement results of the sample shall be expressed by the arithmetic mean of the measurement results of the three parallel samples, and the results shall be accurate to 1 mm.
The appearance quality inspection requires visual inspection under natural light. The overprint accuracy requires that the overprint accuracy between any two colors of the main printing part and the secondary printing part of the sample shall be measured by a 20 times scale microscope with an accuracy of 0.01 mm, and the maximum value shall be taken as the overprint accuracy of the main printing part and the secondary printing part of the sample.Three parallel samples shall be measured for each sample to

Dynamic lifting performance requires that the amplitude of bag fatigue testing machine is
(30 ± 2) mm, frequency 2Hz.Take any sample that has not been subjected to static load test, put it into the contents of the specified quality according to the requirements of Table 2, then hang the sample on the bag fatigue tester and start the instrument for test. After lifting for 0.5 h, observe whether the bag body and bag position of the sample are damaged. Three parallel samples shall be measured for each sample, and the samples taken shall not have been subjected to other physical property tests.
For drop performance, put the contents of the specified quality according to the requirements of Table 3, seal the bag opening with adhesive tape for test, and fall freely from a height of 0.5m. The test ground is smooth cement ground. Observe whether the bag body and bag of the sample are damaged. Each sample shall measure three parallel samples, and the samples taken shall not have been tested for other physical properties.
The sealing adhesion strength shall be measured according to GB / T 12914. Take any two samples, and take five sample strips from the bottom and side of each sample for test. When sampling, try to ensure that the adhesion is located in the middle of the sample.During the test, when the sealing is continuous and the material is broken, the sealing adhesion strength is expressed by the tensile strength when the material is broken.Calculate the arithmetic mean value of 5 sample strips at the bottom and 5 sample strips at the side respectively, and take the lower of the two as the test result. The samples taken shall not have been tested for other physical properties.
